Been Networking
Been Networking, hosted by Ian Pownall, is a monthly networking event in Derby that invites business owners to come together and broaden their connections within the area. Drawing from my experience as an attendee of Been Networking, I knew exactly how to approach this branding project and had a clear vision in mind to draw from.
In crafting the identity for Been Networking, my goal was to radiate warmth and approachability. This networking event offers a welcoming environment, embracing both newcomers and regulars from diverse industries in and around Derby.
A series of bespoke social media posts have been crafted for Ian as an extension of the brand design project, acting as effective reminders for the 30 regular attendees while also serving as advertisements for newcomers seeking opportunities to expand their network and business connections. The visuals and messaging align seamlessly with the established brand design, ensuring a consistent and inviting appeal to both the familiar faces and potential newcomers.

In developing the branding for Been Networking, my intention was to infuse the identity with warmth and approachability. Drawing from personal experience, a brand identity was crafted that emanates a strong and inviting aura. The goal was to create a visual identity that not only captures the essence of the networking platform but also resonates with individuals, fostering a sense of connection and inclusivity. This approach is to show Been Networking as a welcoming space for everyone, where relationships can flourish in an atmosphere of comfort.
Serrano Media's crafted logo types, colour scheme and custom illustrations, paired seamlessly with Pictoria's photography showcased in the case study, have harmoniously come together to form the ideal brand identity for Been Networking.
